Restorative Nursing

Restorative Nursing is an essential part of our services at Community Care on Palm. As part of our efforts to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care residents’ quality of life, we offer a specialized restorative program that provides individualized treatment plans designed to improve long-term residents’ lives.
